From the maker’s directions. Full steps and sources below.

Bibigo Mandu Pork & Vegetable dumplings are sold frozen and fully cooked, in 24 oz bags. The pack gives three ways to heat them: pan-frying, which it calls the preferred method, steaming and boiling in soup.

Official directions

Pan-fry (the pack’s preferred method) [1][2]

  1. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a nonstick pan.
  2. Put 4 frozen mandu in the pan, leaving space between them.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes, turning them every 2–3 minutes, until every side is golden brown.

Steam [1][2]

  1. Pour enough water into a steamer and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once it’s boiling, put 4 frozen mandu inside.
  3. Steam for 8 minutes.

Boil in soup [1][2]

  1. Add 4 frozen mandu to any soup or broth.
  2. Boil for 6 minutes.

The maker’s page and the pack text give no microwave or air fryer method for the Pork & Vegetable flavor, so we don’t list one. The Bulgogi Chicken flavor carries the same pan-fry directions.[7]
